We're thrilled to offer a standout opportunity for an experienced makeup artist to take charge of day-to-day operations and become a key player in our renowned Makeup Academy Family. In this role, you’ll enjoy creative freedom and a chance to work closely with an open-minded management team.
Your Role:
- Lead day-to-day operations of our London campus.
- Manage staff schedules, including teacher and assistant rotas.
- Teach and assist in the classroom.
- Oversee stock management and place product orders.
- Organize and lead photoshoot teams.
- Connect with our international campuses.
- Build relationships with brands and clients.
- Create and manage educational programs.
- Engage with students and graduates.
- Coordinate teams for events and work experiences, including fashion weeks across 4+ global locations.
- Maintain the Academy's general upkeep.
- Manage student records, performance, and portfolios.
- Schedule assessments and grade assignments.
- Provide administrative support to the Directors.
- Travel internationally and work with our clients in London, Paris, New York and Milan.
This role calls for a confident, self-motivated go-getter who thrives on autonomy and decision-making. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, as well as makeup studio or retail management experience, are key.

- Excellent phone and communication skills.
- At least 5 years of experience as a makeup artist with expertise in beauty, fashion, airbrush and special effects makeup.
- Teaching qualification or willingness to work toward one.
