The Role
An exciting opportunity to join a corporate finance team within a multinational accounting practice, that has been a leader in the UK M&A market and is well positioned for continued growth. You will be tasked with supporting the CF Partner in the successful facilitation of M&A transactions for clients, and will have the opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of deals. In addition, you will play a key role in helping to win bigger mandates and in contributing to the firm’s strategic direction.
The Candidate
A dynamic, driven qualified ACA/ACCA with experience working in an M&A or deal advisory role, with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. You will be able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal, communication and leaderships skills, and a proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
