Salesforce is looking for a GTM and Field Marketing expert to join our Nonprofit UKI team. This position sits in our EMEA Impact Industries Field Marketing team, which brings Salesforce solutions to market for our three impact industries: Public Sector, Education, and Nonprofit. This powerhouse marketer has a track record of creating and delivering impactful campaign programs that deliver pipeline and ACV.

This is a highly visible marketing role dedicated to Nonprofits in the UK. The ideal candidate has experience in industry field marketing, with an understanding of the nonprofit sector. Dynamic and self-starter, they will have proven track record to thrive in a multi-stakeholder and performance-led environment. They will be instrumental in aligning with sales and other internal stakeholders and partners to build, implement and optimise our go-to-market marketing strategy aligned with the business priorities.

We operate in a fast-paced environment and require someone with initiative, who can jump right in, taking ownership for their marketing programmes’ success.

Responsibilities

  • Ownership of the Go to Market (GTM) marketing strategy, and close collaboration with Nonprofit sales leadership to serve as their key marketing business partner for pipeline and ACV generation
  • Build full-funnel campaigns for Nonprofit Solutions as well as key verticals (Housing, Human Services)
  • Ultimately accountable for the overall Marketing targets, budget allocation and campaign execution
  • Lead Planning and day-to-day execution of field marketing activities: Events, Email, Webinars, Industry Partnerships, Paid Digital
  • Lead content creation and localisation, in partnership with Product Marketing and Industry Advisors
  • Drive Sales Enablement (AEs and BDRs) and accountability on all marketing activities
  • Build and drive adoption of GTM value propositions and aligned content that will differentiate Salesforce for Nonprofits, resonate with the audience and generate engagement.
  • Represent Marketing at Sales leadership QBRs, weekly/monthly sales meetings etc
  • Analyse and own marketing performance to optimise and support priorities, including campaign performance, Marketing Driven Pipe (MDP), new logo growth, pipe maturation and other key data points. Able to clearly communicate performance in QBR’s and Monthly Review.
  • Communicate effectively and manage communications to key senior stakeholders across the business.
  • Monitor efficacy, cost, and return on investment of programs, presenting findings, and recommending improvements to maximise return


Required Skills & Experience

  • Substantial marketing experience in a role managing multi-channel marketing campaigns (ie. paid digital, email, online and /or social media).
  • Substantial experience managing marketing budgets, allocating & optimising spend across tactics and experience with forecasting results.
  • Substantial experience using data and analytics to measure marketing success, find opportunities for improvement and advise future decision-making
  • Substantial experience partnering with sales to deliver enterprise results.
  • Experience partnering and leading conversations with senior sales to align on strategic plans and deliver enterprise results
  • Experience in managing third party and owned events, agencies, vendors
  • Strong communication skills including story telling with PowerPoint, Google docs, data crunching with Excel, use of salesforce
  • Strong team player with excellent organization and people skills and the ability to set priorities, problems, multitask, and work in a global, dynamic, and constantly evolving environment
  • Experience managing vendors and agencies on creative and technology projects
  • Highly self-motivated, proactive, and great at anticipating what’s needed


Qualifications:

  • Years of Experience: 7+ years of relevant experience in online marketing
  • Language: English, French is a plus
