The Role
You will need to demonstrate excellent commercial awareness, technical knowledge, initiative, and relationship building qualities. Reporting to the Senior Director, Financial services, key responsibilities will include
- Providing strategic leadership for Treasury Management Systems across the group to create operating efficiencies.
- Developing and managing a strategy for the streamlining of banks and bank accounts across the group.
- Develop existing systems and processes to improve operational efficiency of cash flow information globally.
- Deliver effective cash management and hedging strategy
- Assist with future funding projects/initiatives.
- Develop and maintain treasury policies and assure investments are within the company’s investment policy.
- Support projects to enhance quality and efficiency of day-to-day treasury processes.
- Support the administration requirements of banking mandates and relationships.
- Provide support for interim and year-end audits.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Degree qualification in Accounting, Economics or Finance
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in treasury or cash management operations with a minimum of 3 + global corporate treasury experience.
- Practical experience of foreign currency markets, hedging and exchange.
- Sound knowledge of domestic and international treasury and banking concepts, cash management and forecasting.
- A collaborative approach - able to work across multiple teams both internally and externally
- Have a can -do mindset and the ability to work under pressure to multiple tight deadlines
