Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Manager to join the team at St James’s Café!

A light and airy oasis nestled in the heart of the park, offering breathtaking views of St. James’s Lake and its iconic pelicans.

Contract: Full Time / Permanent

  • 5 day working week

About the Manager role:

  1. To supervise, manage and motivate the team.
  2. To make sure that the operation runs smoothly.
  3. To ensure the customers experience is always maintained to the highest standard.
  4. To continuously work towards improving sales and service.
  5. Supporting and managing the performance of the team through ongoing evaluations, listening, training, and mentoring.
  6. Ensuring high levels of Food and Health & Safety are always maintained.

The ideal candidate will possess good food and beverage knowledge in addition to outstanding customer service and leadership skills.
