We are looking for an experienced Manager to join the team at St James’s Café!
A light and airy oasis nestled in the heart of the park, offering breathtaking views of St. James’s Lake and its iconic pelicans.
Contract: Full Time / Permanent

About the Manager role:
- To supervise, manage and motivate the team.
- To make sure that the operation runs smoothly.
- To ensure the customers experience is always maintained to the highest standard.
- To continuously work towards improving sales and service.
- Supporting and managing the performance of the team through ongoing evaluations, listening, training, and mentoring.
- Ensuring high levels of Food and Health & Safety are always maintained.
The ideal candidate will possess good food and beverage knowledge in addition to outstanding customer service and leadership skills.
