Manage a Finance Recruitment Team currently generating £140k/Month
Title: Manager
Salary: Upto £70,000 + Sign On
Bonus Structure: Upto 52% Personal Comms + 8% Quarterly Override + LTIP Structure
OTE: £130,000+

This opportunity sits within a PE Backed, 300 Head Professional Services Recruitment Firm, enjoying over 20 years as one of the very best in class. They have multiple business lines servicing Finance, Transformation, Tax, GRC, Tech, Data, Property, Not For Profit/PubSec & Private Equity.
The Opportunity
You will be stepping in to lead an experience team of recruiters specialising within Qualified & Part Qualified Finance, recruiting specifically within either:
- Industrials ( Energy, FMCG, Property, Construction, Mining...)
- PE Backed & TMT (GC & LMM backed divisions)
- Soft Sector ( Leisure, Hospitality, Retail, Consumer)
Currently, the strongest of the above is generating £140k/Month across 4 Heads, with the weakest generating £80k Between 5. You will be stepping in to these teams to continue driving performance further & create a strong succession plan beneath. Increasing Interim Revenue will also hold great importance here.

The Ideal Candidate:
- Experience Managing a Team (either Directly or 'Mentoring')
- 3 Years+ Finance Recruitment Experience in Agency ( Must)
- Able to Commute to Central London Office 3x Week
- Driven, Ambitious and Inspiring
