Responsibilities

In collaboration with our European team and our North American Security team, the candidate will build our Critical Infrastructure Protection/cyber security solutions and market presence with Guidehouse clients (Utilities, Governments, Large Corporations) in Europe. Overall, this person will help our clients improve their cyber security programs, posture, processes and overall resilience. Our services include:

Incident Response

Cyber risk management

Cyber/information compliance Cyber Resilience Identity and Access Management Strategy and Security Architecture CISO Support

Cyber security controls and process automation


Qualifications

  • Experience working in Critical Infrastructure Protection and/or Cyber Security for a DSO, TSO, or an organization responsible for the security of the European power system
  • Working knowledge of and experience leveraging NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF), ISO 27000 and/or any other security frameworks
  • Working knowledge of Securing High Value Assets
  • Experience in the following:
    • Cyber Security process improvement
    • Cyber Security resiliency
    • Cyber Security strategy and architecture
    • Cyber Security risk management
  • Working knowledge of Security and Privacy Controls for Organizations
  • Understanding of Security Information Enterprise Management (SIEM) Technologies, Incident Response, Threat Intelligence and Vulnerability Management
  • Understanding of Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC)
  • Understanding of Cybersecurity Program Management
  • Understanding of Cybersecurity Metrics (KPI, KRI)

Additional Requirements

  • S. degree in Computer Science, Information Systems/Technology, Engineering, Business, or Mathematics
  • CompTia Security + Continuing Education 
  • International Information Systems Security Certification Consortium (ISC2) Certified
  • Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
  • Global Information Assurance Certification (GIAC) Security Leadership Certification (GSEC)
  • Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA) Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
  • Certified information security auditor (CISA)
  • Certified Information Systems Security Practitioner (CISSP)
