Established over 15 years ago our client is a successful and established Electronic Manufacturing business. They have built a solid customer foundation and are set to embark on a period of growth and investment. We seek a commercially and operationally competent Managing Director to drive and oversee this process.

Operationally the business is on a sound footing both in terms of process and leadership, so we seek a managing Director that can drive the commercial efforts of the business and is likely to have quite a strong sales leadership background, therefore this could be an opportunity for an operationally aware Sales Manager or Director to step up to a full business leadership role.
You will need to be conversant with the process of leading a manufacturing operation as well as being comfortable owning a P&L account.
