Managing Director – EMEA (Embedded Marketing Agency Solutions)

Managing Director – EMEA (Embedded Marketing Solutions Agency) – circa £200K – London

I’m working on not only an exciting; but a unique search for a global marketing creative agency group that have a newer arm of the business expanding in to the UK market.

The need for an MD to not only develop the proposition but engage in business opportunities and growth plans for the UK is now here. Whilst you’ll be in the first hire on the ground, you’ll have resources and support to build on before you GTM with expanding your own team.

The Person

You will be at senior level within a creative marketing agency environment where you have had strong exposure to embedded on-site/in-housing solutions. You will be experienced in managing and building large teams, pitching to clients and knowing what good delivery and partnership looks like. Not only will you be driving business growth, accountable for increasing revenue but you’ll also work at building a collaborative and winning culture in EMEA.

The right person could be at MD level already, or looking for the next step up if you’ve come from a larger agency environment with a strong business development background.

What you’ll do

● Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and increase revenue.

● Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, acquisitions, and joint ventures.

● Lead and manage the overall EMEA business to achieve targets and goals.

● Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

● Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure a cohesive and effective approach to business development.

● Stay informed of industry trends and market changes to adapt business strategies accordingly.

● Monitor and report on performance against targets, and make adjustments as necessary.

● Manage the budget and financial performance of the business development division.

● Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

● Develop and maintain a company culture that supports and encourages business development efforts and customer satisfaction.

● Build and maintain strong reporting relationships with Group/Holding company stakeholders.
