After a rocky 18 months for their LDN team, my client, a 50+ head, global tech recruitment specialist, are looking for a hands-on leader take over this team / office, inheriting a team of 15, focusing on the below ⬇
Internal assessment – The initial key focus is to get under the hood, assessing the people, processes, structures, strategy, everything. From here, you will have free reign to reshape / restructure where needed. This office has the potential to reach the heights it hit 18 months ago (35-40 heads)
Leading from the front – The founder is a firm believer that the best way to gain buy in, is to show the team what you’re capable of. You will have no person target on your head, but being able to drive revenue via BD / introductions is essential
Headcount expansion – Once your feet are under the table, you will be given budget to bring in some fresh news faces, with freedom to hire from graduate upwards
Internal development – The existing team are extremely loyal & very bought in to the idea of bringing in a new leader, who can take them to the next level – helping them climb the ranks is non-negotiable
What’s on offer?
Up to £140k base salary – HIGHLY competitive OTE – strong performance bonuses
EMI options – substantial shares set aside for this hire
Reporting directly into Founder / Group CEO
Inheriting a team of 15 from day one, aiming to rebuild up to 40+
