To be successful in this role our client has said it is essential that candidates:
- have Mandarin to native level
- have office management experience
- have accounting related knowledge
What You'll be Doing:
Finance:
- You will be responsible for the implementation and processing of accounting (accounts receivable and accounts payable).
- You will carry out invoicing and invoice verification.
- Posting data to the SAP systems.
- Carry out bank entries for payment transactions.
- You will allocate and post incoming payments.
- Create and process open item lists.
- You will work closely with our accountant.
Recruiting:
- You will help build the team by liaising with recruitment agencies and recruiting independently.
- You will be responsible for operational HR areas such as drafting contracts, references, etc.
Administration:
- You will be responsible for all administrative tasks relating to office management.
- Coordinate internal processes.
The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:
- You have a university degree in accounting, administration or similar.
- You have at least 3 years of professional experience in finance.
- You are fluent in Chinese and English.
- You have very good knowledge of Excel and experience in using common accounting software.
- You have good VAT knowledge.
- You are motivated and able to complete tasks independently and are looking forward to being part of a new project.
