To be successful in this role our client has said it is essential that candidates:

  • have Mandarin to native level
  • have office management experience
  • have accounting related knowledge

What You'll be Doing:

Finance:

  • You will be responsible for the implementation and processing of accounting (accounts receivable and accounts payable).
  • You will carry out invoicing and invoice verification.
  • Posting data to the SAP systems.
  • Carry out bank entries for payment transactions.
  • You will allocate and post incoming payments.
  • Create and process open item lists.
  • You will work closely with our accountant.

Recruiting:

  • You will help build the team by liaising with recruitment agencies and recruiting independently.
  • You will be responsible for operational HR areas such as drafting contracts, references, etc.

Administration:

  • You will be responsible for all administrative tasks relating to office management.
  • Coordinate internal processes.

The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:

  • You have a university degree in accounting, administration or similar.
  • You have at least 3 years of professional experience in finance.
  • You are fluent in Chinese and English.
  • You have very good knowledge of Excel and experience in using common accounting software.
  • You have good VAT knowledge.
  • You are motivated and able to complete tasks independently and are looking forward to being part of a new project.
