Manufacturing Technician
POSITION TITLE: Manufacturing Technician
DEPARTMENT: Research & Development
LOCATION: Oxford, On-site.
Brief Description:
The Manufacturing Technician will aid the team in bringing the platform technology to market as part of the centre team in product development and performance testing. You will adhere to SOP's and quality control.
Specific Job Duties:
- Product testing for existing and new products.
- Release testing, creation of drug products, automation of processes.
- Laboratory management - stock checks, calibration of equipment.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
Academic/Major:
- BSc in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Biological Sciences or related disciplines.
Professional Skills:
- SOP adherence and study protocols.
- Clean room experience and GLP work.
- Competency in laboratory techniques e.g. pipetting and use of analytical balances.
- Data input and management of results.
