This role is sat within a fast-growing full-service healthcare market research agency, and would be the 2nd Operations hire. They were set up around 15 years ago and the team has gone from 7 to 30+ people in the last few years and business is booming! They are well known for being specialists in the MedTech and Pharma space.
The work they do genuinely impacts peoples lives. They've recently ran a project on why minority group patients don't get offered certain therapies that others do, specifically around Parkinson's disease. You will be overseeing the mixed methods projects, taking control of supplier management and procurement as well as project admin tracking.
You'll also collaborate with the Ops Director on bigger, more strategic projects internally, like ensuring the UK and US teams are aligned by designing internal processes and operational procedures.
Ideally, you will come from a healthcare fieldwork agency, and have experience working in a smaller team on qualitative projects (mixed methods is a bonus).
The team go to their London based office 2 times a week, but there is potential to flex for this role if you live further outside of London.
