I am seeking a dynamic and organised Marketing Admin Assistant with a creative mind, a passion for design, and social media savvy. This role will play a pivotal part in driving growth for this fantastic spare parts business.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves multitasking, and has a knack for getting things done.
You will be a key player in keeping the marketing engine running smoothly!
Role
- Creation and presentation of weekly distribution of E-shot campaigns.
- Create engaging and visually appealing designs for digital and print marketing materials, including brochures/catalogue, flyers, posters, advertisements, social media graphics, and more.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and design consistency.
- Have excellent organisational skills and be able to use your initiative.
- Research printing companies for merchandise, leaflets, posters, etc.
- Create engaging email marketing and social media posts.
- Design packaging graphics, banners, labels, and product promotions.
- Creative product digital photography in the studio/workplace.
- Produce print-ready creative designs for local digital print, whether in-house or outsourced.
Requirements
- Familiarity with Mailchimp or similar and email advertising campaigns.
- Knowledge and experience in using Adobe Creative Suite programs, specifically InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook and Twitter.
- Photography and copywriting skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work.
- A portfolio demonstrating your creativity, technical skills, and ability to execute design projects.
- Understanding of digital production printing.
