So why not join us at FPSM and be part of something bigger…</p><p><br></p><p><b>What you’ll do</b></p><ul><li>You will become an important part of our UK business as we look to increase revenue streams via marketing efforts</li><li>You will use your meticulous eye for detail to identify areas of opportunity for traffic conversion across our UK websites</li><li>You’ll work closely with the wider UK marketing team to instruct on best practices to improve all areas of the website with conversion in mind</li><li>You’ll use in-depth data analysis to ensure that all areas of the websites are optimized and there’s astute reasoning for all decision making</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Key responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>You’ll be a key lead in merchandising websites used by millions of sports enthusiasts each month</li><li>Become a focal point in the UK marketing team for driving strategy on all-things sportsbook conversion</li><li>Guide Marketing Operations teams in terms of merchandising certain pages, looking to maximise the revenue opportunity from each advertorial placement</li><li>Use data to guide Marketing Operations teams when it comes to branding and site navigation, and assist with cross-sell opportunities</li><li>Work closely with product teams to creatively feed in changes to improve conversion and maximise revenue</li><li>Analyse performance of offer widgets and make data-led decision making</li><li>Report to Senior stakeholders on the performance of UK sportsbooks and casino</li><li>Use data-led decision making to present opportunities to the commercial team for future partnerships</li><li>Present opportunities to partners to further improve their positioning on oddschecker and maximise their player value</li><li>Work alongside the analytics team to understand the value of certain placements, and how they contribute to player value</li><li>Support content teams strategies, and guide on further enhancements to improve conversion</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Your Skillset</b></p><ul><li>Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role</li><li>Impeccable eye for detail</li><li>Significant knowledge of the UK sports betting industry</li><li>Excellent communication skills</li><li>Ability to work with a wide range of teams</li><li>Good organisation and planning skills</li><li>Creative thinker who can spot opportunities in the market</li><li>Experience working with Google Analytics</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>What you’ll get back from us</b></p><p>Alongside being challenged daily and a real interest in your development, you will also receive:</p><ul><li>Subsidized Sky HD package, broadband and discounted sky talk</li><li>Free Puregym membership</li><li>Free healthcare with Bupa, life assurance and income protection</li><li>Pension scheme with up to 9% contribution from the company</li><li>£1,000 training fund each financial year, to spend on your professional development</li><li>Unlimited holiday plan</li></ul><p></p>
