We are looking for a highly motivated and data-driven Marketing Analyst to join our fast-growing SEO/ Marketing company. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape and will be able to analyze, interpret and report on various marketing data to help inform and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret marketing data from various sources including website analytics, social media platforms, email campaigns, and paid advertising.
- Use data to inform marketing strategies and campaigns, ensuring they are data-driven and optimized for performance.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards that provide insights into key performance indicators (KPIs) and marketing campaign results.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute A/B testing plans to optimize marketing campaigns and website performance.
- Monitor and report on competitor activity and trends in the digital marketing landscape.
- Provide recommendations and insights to improve marketing performance and drive business growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a marketing analyst role or related field.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and other data analytics tools.
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels including search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click advertising (PPC), social media marketing and email marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
