I am delighted to be partnering with a leading consumer retail brand in Leamington Spa as they look to grow their brand marketing team. This is a full-time role with a salary of up to £28k. They are based in Leamington Spa and the role will be 3 days onsite and 2 from home. The Role
As Marketing and Communications Executive, you will be working closely with the Brand Manager and sitting in the Brand team to help deliver creative marketing and comms plans with a focus on elevating the brand. You will have experience in managing marketing campaign delivery, working with different teams and external agencies and have a huge passion for brand. This role will see you writing content, supporting with photography and video shoots, sourcing content as well as managing full comms campaign delivery through the team. If you have a passion for marketing and love to manage projects this could be a great role for you.
About You
To be successful in this role you will have the following experience:
- Experience in working in a marketing, brand or comms role
- A passion for managing projects and able to work with different teams and also external marketing and PR agencies
- Hugely creative and love to get involved with contributing fresh ideas and experience in supporting with photography shoots would be great
- Able to report on marketing and brand campaign success, looking at performance and making suggestions for improvements
- Experience in content writing and developing collateral, sales tools and online assets either yourself or briefing creative teams
- Experience supporting with partnerships would be ideal and relationship focused
- Happy to be working onsite in Leamington 3 days per week
- Happy with very occasional travel to Germany
- An interest in photography and a desire to work for a retail brand
