Job Description

We are looking for a proactive, creative individual to join our growing Marketing team. As the Marketing and Communications Executive, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our communication strategy across various platforms. You will collaborate closely with teams throughout the business to develop innovative solutions that enhance our brand presence and engage our target audience.


Whilst our Ipswich office is the main location for our Marketing team, we offer hybrid working from home and our offices (current office locations are Ipswich, Colchester and Bury St Edmunds). You will join a team of four, and this role will report to the Marketing Director.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement marketing communication strategies to promote our services and enhance brand visibility.
  • Create compelling content for digital marketing channels, including website, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Conduct research to identify news and communication ideas relevant to our industry and target market.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate marketing efforts and ensure consistency in messaging.
  • Manage internal communications to keep staff informed and engaged with company initiatives.
  • Organise and support events to promote brand awareness and foster client relationships.
  • Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.


Qualifications and Experience:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is desirable.
  • Proven experience in marketing communications, preferably within a professional services firm.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
