This role is based in Birmingham and will be onsite 3 days per week with 2 days working from home.

The Role
As Communications and Marketing Manager you will be planning, developing and delivering the comms and marketing strategy. You will be helping the team to deliver a strategic plan to achieve their goals. You will be leading a team of 5 across marketing, comms and creative, helping them to grow and develop in their career while delivering brilliant marketing and comms campaigns.
