Our client is one of the UK's most inspirational Academy groups with ambitious expansion plans and a modern, innovative culture of success.
They are seeking an experienced marketing and communications manager to establish a coherent marketing and communications strategy across seven academies. You will coordinate activity that promotes and strengthens their brand and raises awareness of their students' exceptional achievements.
This is a broad role that will encompass many functions including the launch of a new website, the events around a key anniversary, acting as the key point of contact for the external marketing agency and building strong relationships across the organisation to roll out key projects.
The marketing and communications manager will provide marketing advice and support to the Federation, managing content creation for social media, website, newsletters, image library, and supporting events, campaigns and rollout of the brand.
The ideal candidate will have relevant marketing and communications expertise in the education or not-for-profit sectors and will be looking for a fast-paced role with lots of projects to drive through.
It will be based in the Head office in East London, but you will travel around the schools to build those key relationships and get a better understanding of the cultures.
Salary is dependent on experience.
