About the job
The Marketing and Events Executive is responsible for supporting marketing initiatives and coordinating world-class events to engage customers and nurture new business.
Your role sits at the centre of our marketing and events strategy, ensuring alignment across marketing activity and our events.
The Marketing and Events Executive is accountable for:
- Collaborating with the Communication Manager and Events Manager to deliver key initiatives and projects
- Supporting on all live and online events, including webinars, creating event registrations and large-scale live events coordination
- Assisting with the UK Les Mills social media strategy, including copywriting, planning communications across multiple platforms and ensuring relevant metrics are up to date.
- Building external emails and supporting on communications across all audience touchpoints e.g. Clubs, Instructors, Verticals and Consumers
- Associated administrative tasks, including raising POs, formatting presentations, supporting with event collateral and design
About you?
Your communication and time management skills are crucial to contributing towards our marketing team success, including driving social media activity, internal and external communications and events.
You are self-directed, with an ability to write and create communications in all forms, a detail-oriented and passionate individual who is committed to delivering great results and experiences under tight timelines.
