The Opportunity:


After a successful launch two years ago, including being stocked in Wolf & Badger and achieving strong sales, we're currently seeking an intern interested in gaining hands-on experience in marketing and strategic business growth for 6-8 weeks this Summer. We are excited about the future and looking to grow.

As a Marketing and Growth Analyst, you'll have the chance to work on diverse projects, engage in workshops to develop valuable skills, and participate in strategy and brainstorming sessions. You'll contribute to elevating our brand while making a positive impact on the environment and have real ownership, solve problems, and make a meaningful impact.


Your responsibilities will be to:


  • Develop and manage marketing and advertising campaigns including on-site content, email marketing, and retargeting ads aligned with the marketing plan.
  • Develop comprehensive social media strategies for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, monitor performance metrics, and post regularly on these platforms.
  • Set up and monitor lifecycle emails with A/B testing, develop email engagement journeys to cross-promote and generate revenue, and create tailored marketing campaigns based on customer segmentation.
  • Cultivate and build on relationships with influencers and follow up with influencers for imagery and content.
  • Implement promotional plans aligned in messaging and branding across channels.
  • Conduct customer journey mapping and funnel analysis to understand the customer lifecycle and identify optimisation opportunities.
  • Review listings, product pages, and sales performance, reworking content to drive sales and engagement.

About you:


  • Very strong career interest in marketing, as there is potential for a return/extended offer.
  • Goal-oriented with a proven track record of achieving high targets.
  • Highly organised and able to manage and prioritise multiple tasks and projects efficiently.
  • Problem-solving skills, you enjoy finding the root causes of problems and implementing logical solutions.
  • A self-starter who’s okay with ambiguity and high propensity to self-motivate.
  • Strong execution skills and a “get things done” attitude.
  • Ability to travel to our office in Wiltshire three times over six weeks for in-person days.


Desirable:


  • Previous experience in a similar role or industry
  • Confident in expressing ideas and providing constructive feedback.
  • Graphic design or content creation skills (Canva, Photoshop, etc).
  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or masters program from a top university.
