We are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Assistant to join our client's team in Manchester. This hybrid role offers the best of both worlds – the opportunity to work collaboratively in the office two days a week, while enjoying the flexibility of working from home the remaining three days.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns
- Create engaging content for social media, blogs, and email newsletters
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Support the marketing team with administrative tasks and project coordination
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with the design team to produce promotional materials
- Manage and update the company’s CRM and marketing databases
You:
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Previous experience in a marketing role or internship
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with marketing software (e.g., CRM tools, email marketing platforms)
- Creative thinking and a keen eye for detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
