About the Inner Development Goals (IDGs)The Inner Development Goals (IDGs) is a not for profit and open source initiative focused on inner development. We research, collect, and communicate science-based skills and qualities that help us live purposeful, sustainable, and productive lives.Position OverviewWe are seeking an ambitious, media-production-savvy creator to join our small, agile team and support our content team with communication and marketing campaigns.You will be part of a Communications team that is helping the IDG movement and messages spread into the world. We are looking for someone who connects with our mission, understands the contexts that we operate in, and can create and edit content in the form of text, audio, and video. If you love creating appealing designs, managing projects hands-on, and perhaps even playing with AI tools, please consider applying!Your responsibilitiesCollaborate with the IDGs team to create data-driven marketing campaigns (e.g. for events and other activities) including email marketing, organic social media, event pages, and content marketing.Bring (existing) content to life within the IDGs marketing strategy on our digital channelsRespond to performance analytics and help drive innovative A/B testing Stay up-to-date on new marketing and content creation technologiesYour background profile2+ years experience in a similar position in marketing or communicationsYou are a hands-on person and a master of your digital instruments to create beautiful designsAbility to work effectively in a remote, agile small team environmentStrong digital skills in email marketing, social media, and content marketingExperience with data-driven & analytics tools, such as Google Analytics or Unbounce.
