We are on the lookout for a creative and strategic Marketing Associate to help drive our marketing efforts forward. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns that promote our services effectively. You will conduct market research, coordinate with external agencies, create marketing materials, and monitor the success of our campaigns. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities.
- Coordinate with external agencies and media to execute marketing initiatives.
- Assist in creating marketing materials and content, including social media posts, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed.
Position in the Organization: The Marketing Associate will report directly to the Office Manager and work closely with the SEO Lead and Web Development staff on marketing projects.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Relevant experience in marketing, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems).
- Creativity and the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
- A degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.
