Becoming part of a growing European Marketing Team you will be responsible for implementing external product and distribution marketing communication to promote, protect and differentiate the organisation's brand image in the marketplace and provide business opportunities for the organisation.
Your Responsibilities for this role may include, but are not limited to:
Working closely with the business divisions to align marketing plans and activity to business objectives.
Seeking out and exploit opportunities which support business growth and development through marketing channels
A nalysing and measuring activity to drive improvements in marketing outputs
Providing expert advice and guidance to all areas of the business on marketing and communications best practice in order to develop the organization's communications and marketing capabilities
Ensuring that all departmental output adheres to the relevant legal, compliance & regulatory frameworks and corporate policies
Monitoring return on investment of all marketing activity to ensure a positive return
To Succeed in the role, you ideally will have:
The ability to prepare detailed marketing plans optimizing all media lines.
Analytical skills to provide segmentation, insight and analysis to drive a customer contact strategy
Be able to think strategically with collaborative and influencing skills
Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written displaying a knowledge of direct response copy writing skills
Creativity – knowledge of direct response techniques
Ability to inspire others and build effective teams
Have a business focused ability to manage resources, deadlines and budgets across all communication channels, whilst achieving the best result
Reasoning capabilities – creative and lateral thinking, combined with good problem solving skills
Good interpersonal skills, to nurture relationships across all levels of the organization and with external agencies
Project management skills
