Position Summary:
Dive into “the room where it happens” with a pivotal role at the core of a rapidly expanding entertainment marketing agency making a major impact. As Marketing Campaign Executive, you’ll amplify the presence of productions across the UK and Ireland. We’re seeking a dynamic, detail-driven, and creative person with an appreciation of theatre and passion for audience engagement. Knowledge of regional marketing strategies is a bonus.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Campaign Development and Execution:
- Collaborate with Marketing Campaign Manager, Media Buyer, and venues to develop and implement marketing campaigns tailored to specific regions and demographics.
- Assist in creating promotional materials, including posters, leaflets, digital ads, and printed brochures.
- Manage the day-to-day coordination of a busy artwork studio, ensuring deadlines are met and artwork is signed off to a high standard.
Digital Media Management:
- Oversee and manage ELM’s social media accounts and website, ensuring consistent posting, updates, audience engagement, and rapid response to queries.
- Collaborate with marketing, production and social media teams on the management of client social media accounts
- Coordinate email marketing campaigns, including content creation, segmentation, and analysis of open and click-through rates.
- Manage external digital agencies ensuring spend and strategies are optimised across all production
Event Coordination:
- Organise and attend promotional events, press nights, and previews in touring locations.
- Coordinate with the venue’s marketing and PR teams for aligned marketing strategies.
Budget Management:
- Monitor and report on marketing expenditure, ensuring that campaigns remain within allocated budgets.
- Assist in ROI calculations to determine the effectiveness of different marketing strategies.
Market Research:
- Conduct research to identify market trends, audience preferences, and regional performance interests.
- Analyse ticket sales data to inform future marketing decisions.
Reporting:
- Compile weekly client box office reports
- Compile regular reports on marketing campaign performance, social media engagement, and other relevant metrics.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data to optimise future marketing efforts.
General Administrative Tasks:
- Schedule and attend meetings, liaise with venues and clients, and maintain up-to-date records of all marketing initiatives.
- Take meeting minutes and circulate internally and externally, including clear action points.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Theatre, or a related field.
- At least 2 years prior experience in theatre marketing, preferably in a touring context.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing software, and analytics.
- Experience coordinating a busy artwork studio and working with designers.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Flexibility to adapt to the ever-changing environment of live theatre and touring schedules.
- Passion for theatre and an understanding of its unique appeal to various audiences.
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to travel as required based on the touring schedule.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends, aligned with show schedules and events.
Role:
- Permanent (probation period of 3 months)
- Full time (5 days per week)
Working location:
- London (West End, St Martin’s Lane) and Remote
- We are open to flexible working.
- £28-30k dependent on experience
