Our client is seeking a talented Campaign Marketing Manager to join their innovative UK Marketing team. This person will play a pivotal role in achieving our client's ambitious growth objectives. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the role involves planning, delivering, and analysing integrated marketing activities to drive acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. You will excel in project management, develop insight-led briefs, and ensure the successful execution of campaigns across ATL and BTL media channels.

The Campaign Marketing Manager:

  • Project manage go-to-market campaigns, including seasonal moments, new product launches, and commercial initiatives.
  • Lead marketing partnership opportunities, from scoping to post-campaign analysis.
  • Create insight-led, inspiring briefs for internal teams and agency partners.
  • Establish the media mix and compile creative requirements from the wider marketing team.
  • Define and lead monthly campaign 'kick-off' sessions with internal teams and agency partners.

Essential Skills:

  • Proven success working across the full marketing mix, with strong ATL experience.
  • Highly analytical and data-driven, proficient in using data to make informed decisions.
  • Strong writing, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Confident in influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Organised, proactive, and great attention to detail.
