As a Campaign Manager you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day delivery and management of marketing campaigns, putting the customer at the heart of marketing activity and product development within the operation by championing the customer and having a thorough understanding of the customer journey. In addition, you will also provide leadership and support for one Marketing Executive.

Role: Campaign Manager

Salary: From £34,000

Location: Hybrid- BioTech Campus YO411LZ

Working pattern: 37.5 Monday – Friday (flexi between 7am & 7pm)

Start date: ASAP depending on recruitment and onboarding timelines.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Creating, supervising, monitoring and measuring integrated marketing campaigns based on market segments to gain new customers and build repeat business alon
  • Identify and project manage delivery for the successful implementation of marketing campaigns.
  • Compile regular reports of campaign performance, results and analysis to demonstrate effective return on investment (ROI).
  • Improve new campaigns using data and feedback from existing and previous projects.
  • Ensure campaign implementation is in budget and follows organisational guidelines.
  • Understand the brand’s positioning and how specific products/services reflect it
  • Work with key business heads to plan a campaign plan.
  • Develop strong internal relationships with product management and technical colleagues to drive customer experience and marketing automation improvements.
  • Ongoing management and maintenance of the website and online catalogue including responsibility for overseeing the CMS and SEO optimisation.
  • Provide internal web analytics performance reports using appropriate tools and make recommendations for improvement and to demonstrate effective return.
  • Manage paid media, including liaising with digital advertising agencies.

What we’re looking for:

  • Ideally, you’ll have a Marketing or related qualification/ equivalent experience along with industry work experience.
  • Possess a strong understanding of current online marketing concepts and best practice.
  • Creative ability to think laterally and come up with new and unique ideas.
  • The ability to work flexibly and proactively sometimes managing multiple demands at once.
  • Be customer focused with strong commercial acumen.
  • Capable of influencing stakeholders at a senior level
  • Identify the latest digital technologies and current digital trends affecting the industry.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy and professionalism.
  • An excellent communicator (verbal & written) with the ability to develop effective working relationships with internal and external customers at all levels.
  • Preferably working knowledge of or exposure to; CMS systems & digital marketing tools, including but not limited to: Magento, Wordpress, Hubspot, Mailchimp, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics
