Based near Old Street, we work around the globe with clients in the UK, US, Europe, China and APAC.

ROLE:

The role of Marketing & Communications Manager is to manage a portfolio of clients to implement B2B marketing and communication plans (including content marketing and event programmes) specifically aimed at generating leads within target markets.

You would work with our clients who are award winning marketing agencies (such as Amplify, Social Chain, Imagination and more, as well as leading B2B technology businesses (such as Adobe, Google, Amazon Web Services, SAP and Verizon).

The role requires someone with excellent organisation and time management skills, an understanding of B2B marketing and audience targeting, a hands-on approach to marketing (whether it is running an event, email campaign or working on building a targeting database), strong written communication and copywriting skills and a high level of attention to detail.

You must have experience in the B2B marketing world – ideally 2- 4 years in a marketing role, and are now looking for your next challenge!

This is a fast-paced role, and would suit an ambitious B2B marketer who is thirsty to grow and expand their knowledge.

THE DAY TO DAY

The responsibilities for the role include, but are not limited to, the following tasks:

  • Create client planning documents and timelines
  • Researching and compiling event and content ideas for clients
  • Writing and sending email campaigns to drive event registrations and content downloads
  • Speaker sourcing for events
  • Overall event management for in-person and virtual events
  • Building and designing landing pages
  • Set-up virtual events on digital event platforms
  • Attend events (virtual and in-person) and manage delegate registration
  • Writing ICP's (ideal customer profiles) and building personas for target audiences
  • Source target prospects using LinkedIn
  • Keep CRM system up to date
  • Build and nurture relationships with clients that you work with
  • Day-to-day communication with clients
  • Arrange and attend client meetings
  • Distribute meeting minutes and next actions from meetings
