Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this is an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Communications Executive to be the creative force behind their rebranding journey. In this pivotal role, you will have the opportunity to shape and redefine the brand’s identity, crafting compelling strategies that resonate with their audience.

Responsibilities

  1. Devise and deliver our rebrand.
  2. Support the marketing team with internal and external communications.
  3. Draft and edit communications and material to create engaging and creative content for a variety of channels (Articles, social media, website, intranet, press releases, biographies, testimonials, success stories and engaging content).
  4. Create and execute an internal communications strategy.
  5. Develop, manage and maintain the firm’s new intranet platform.
  6. Analyze the impact and effectiveness of all communications activities.
  7. Support communications for events, presentations, and social media.
  8. Where appropriate, develop relationships with relevant media contacts.
  9. Develop the company brand and messaging.
  10. Keep updated on new marketing trends and developments.
  11. Coordinate invoice records, admin, and updating budgets.
  12. Other relevant duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate will be degree-level educated and have a CIM qualification or equivalent working experience. You will have extensive experience in writing content and producing marketing material. It is essential to have knowledge of both hard copy and digital marketing communications, including creating SEO website content. You must also be comfortable with metrics, analytics, and evaluating the effectiveness of communications using data. Computer literate - competent in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Adobe, such as InDesign and Photoshop (desirable but not essential).
