What you'll be doing:

As a Marketing Content Designer at ByteBrew, you’ll be a vital part of the marketing team that designs, and executes a comprehensive content strategy to market ByteBrew to mobile game and app developers around the globe. The innovative work you do as a team member on ByteBrew, will be utilized by thousands of games that reach billions of users across the globe.


  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with overall marketing objectives to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Create, curate, and manage compelling content across various channels such as website, blogs, social media, email, video, and more, ensuring consistency in brand voice and messaging.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, design, product, and sales teams to align content initiatives with business goals and target audience needs.
  • Conduct content audits, analyze performance metrics, and leverage data-driven insights to optimize content strategies and improve user engagement and conversion rates.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge in content marketing.
  • Manage and mentor a team of content creators, freelancers, and agencies, fostering a culture of creativity, growth, and high-quality content production.
  • Lead content calendar planning, ensuring timely delivery of content assets while managing priorities and deadlines effectively.


We're looking for someone with:

  • Proven experience (2+ years) in content marketing, with a track record of developing and implementing successful content strategies in a B2B or B2C environment.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles, content management systems (CMS), and proficiency in utilizing analytics tools to measure content performance.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail, able to adapt content tone and style to resonate with diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in managing and inspiring teams to deliver high-quality, impactful content.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and creativity.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Professional in the entire Adobe Creative Cloud Suite
