The Role

As part of the continued and rapid growth at Nephos Technologies, we are expanding our Marketing Team to build on the momentum and market interest of our unique data-focused services.

We are on the search for a highly skilled and motivated Marketing Coordinator who can contribute to existing programmes while assisting with development of new initiatives aligned with our company aims and objectives.

Working closely with the Marketing Director, the ideal candidate will have experience across a wide range of marketing functions such as communications, advertising, branding, events, digital and social media.

To ensure success, the successful candidate will be self-driven, an organised multitasker, able to handle many diverse projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Critically, they will be a team player with excellent communication skills to facilitate cross-functional and cross-company team efforts.

Main responsibilities

· Develop original and engaging copy for social media platforms, website and advertising collateral.

· Manage and drive the execution of marketing campaigns.

· Prepare marketing activity reports and metrics for programme success

· Enable the Sales Team to effectively engage with marketing activities by communicating campaign objectives, timelines and deliverables.

· Jointly maintain inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all existing are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials when necessary.

· Manage external agencies to produce marketing collateral, branding materials and market research.

· Monitor budgets by comparing and analysing actuals against plans and forecasts.

· Assist in developing and implementing the company’s brand strategy.

· Execute virtual and in-person events by identifying requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, and coordinating between teams.

· Support internal communication campaigns and enablement sessions to effectively distribute key marketing information and share best practices.

· Proactively explore opportunities to develop their professional skillset and add value to the organisation.

· When required, support other marketing initiatives and projects as needed.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing or a related field.

· Three years of experience as a Marketing Coordinator or similar role.

· Critical thinker with strong problem-solving and research proficiencies.

· Superb written communication skills to develop creative and engaging content.

· Strong verbal communication and presentation skills.

· Solid organisational skills and detail oriented.

· Ability to gather large amounts of data and convert it into meaningful analysis.

· Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

· Ability to simplify complex information into a user-friendly format.

· Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office, namely PowerPoint, Word and Excel.

Preferred

· Solid knowledge of website CMS software and marketing analytics tools

· Proficiency in relevant CRM and marketing automation tools.
