Purpose
To provide leadership, direction and management of the marketing team for a portfolio of brands, influence the broader business, in order to deliver profitable growth for existing Brands and develop new opportunities or new Brands.
Give clear strategic direction based on market insight, competitor activity and brand potential to achieve market leadership status within given categories or trade channels.
To take responsibility for the performance of all brands and people within the brand portfolio management team, to be measured against ambitious KPIs.
To manage and develop contracts and relationships with Brand Owners ensuring that expectations are understood managed and delivered against in-line with and to achieve agreed KPIs.
Key Requirements
High performing Manager with 9+ years of Marketing and Commercial Experience ideally within the drink industry
Proven track record in developing and delivering brand growth plans
Strong leadership and communication skills
Highly numerate and commercial thinking with a clear ability to present robust and compelling insight / direction.
Ability to lead and develop a high performing team of marketing professionals
Focussed on delivering results and both continuous personal and professional development
Gravitas to lead and inspire confidence in team, wider business, brand owners and customers.
