MoneyNext is an in-person and digital events business with a track record of producing industry leading events in Financial Services.
Our Summits are growing exponentially with exciting plans to develop them both domestically and internationally over the next 18 months.
We are looking for a Marketing Director to deliver our strategic and creative plans for the business; exposure to our target audience and partners and engagement with our current community.
You will have a place on the board to help design, develop and integrate our marketing strategy, working alongside our conference, sales and operations directors to further establish and grow the business.
Joining a business in its infancy, you will be expected to strategize and deliver across the event projects we develop. We are looking for a “doer” as well as having the experience to be able to plan, task and manage others.
This is a great opportunity for a motivated, ambitious, confident and organised professional to take a leading role in a fast-growing events business.
The successful candidate will be a confident communicator, highly organised, experienced and with excellent marketing skills.
Responsibilities:
Owning the marketing strategy for the business
Development and integration of the marketing plan
Managing release of content and marketing content plan
Managing 3rd party contributors
Identifying key metrics to boost company growth
Working closely with the other teams: conference, sales and operations
Producing, scheduling and measuring engaging content for blogs, videos, social media and our event websites.
Collaborating and generating new ideas with several departments for content-led campaigns
Execution of the email marketing campaigns
Identify social media trends and topics that showcase our events and take advantage of high social traffic
Driving the production of “shorts” - video programmes offering multiple opinions from industry experts
An excellent understanding of major social media channels - LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok
Understand how to optimise videos
Knowledge of how to edit video, create video highlights and add subtitles
Producing content for posts - including blog posts, images, sound bites etc
Developing the integration of Hubspot within the business and the inbound marketing strategy
Use reports and analytics to influence strategy
Excellent writing skills with experience in writing blog posts and articles
