Marketing Director – £100K – £140K – London – Luxury Hospitality

I have partnered with a fantastic luxury Hospitality business for a brand-new Marketing Director position. This company provides all UHNWI customers, unique experiences for all individuals looking for a ‘once in a lifetime adventure’.

This is a crucial role for the business to drive the business forward to showcase the passion for providing a luxury service on an international scope within digital marketing. You will be hands-on with all technical digital aspects.

You will be reporting to the CEO and working across the whole business to create strategized marketing plans to dive into new markets for optimized exposure.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement new digital marketing strategies across SEO, PPC, CRM, social media, and email marketing.
2. Work with stakeholders to develop the global digital strategy with analytic backing.
3. Apply A/B testing and segmentation to enhance campaign performance and customer acquisition costs.
4. Work with the CEO to track budget and report regularly on this to the senior leadership team.
5. Manage strong relationships with agencies and suppliers.
6. Manage 1 direct report but work alongside the technical side of the business too.

Skills & Experience

1. Experience within the Luxury Hospitality industry in an international market is essential for the role (15+ years).
2. Hands-on and technical experience within all digital channels (including paid search, social media, and SEO).
3. Strong communication skills to be a problem solver for the business.
4. Conduct in-depth research to identify new opportunities in new markets for the business.
5. Results-driven and commercial mindset is the type of individual we are looking for, someone ready to challenge themselves and take the brand to a new level.
