Job Description Summary 

Our company is seeking a Marketing Executive – Lead Generation to grow our digital community and increase engagement. You will be posting content, running campaigns, and responding to the analytical data to improve results on campaigns. The key focus is on increasing website traffic from social media posts and email campaigns, improving engagement on social media platforms, and working closely with the team to improve the customer journey. You will be a team player who provides feedback to internal teams on opportunities to develop & refine processes. 

 

Job Salary & Benefits 

As our Marketing Executive, you will have a basic salary between £27,000 - £30,000 per annum. We also offer other benefits: 

  • Global travel opportunities up to 4 times a year on Leadership Delegations & business development trips.

Job Responsibilities 

As our Marketing Executive at our company, you will: 

  • Develop lead generation campaign/program strategy, objectives, goals, metrics, and define best practices, standards and processes to drive successful customer acquisition and current customer upsell opportunities 
  • Create annual and quarterly marketing plans for lead flow. Communicate and educate the sales team on plans and outcomes for better target allotment 
  •  
  •  Track lead flow to ensure the appropriate sales channels are following up on marketing leads promptly 
  • Maintaining various key performance matrixes - CPA, CPL, Revenue, and ROI 
  • Report weekly progress in the flight desk along with plans to fix gaps between actual and targeted lead value 
  • Continuously develop new strategies to increase touchpoints within a customer's journey to optimize conversion rates 
  • Design & implement marketing plans for various product lines & campaigns. 
  • Liaise with the Head of Growth to create & coordinate all marketing materials & assets for international markets. 
  • Develop & manage key relationships with key customers. 
  • Coordinate with the Head of Growth the development of sales & marketing strategies, as well as implement & report on the progress. 
  • Coordinate with the Head of Growth on a paid advertisement plan, implement & report on the outcomes. 
  • Engaging with key stakeholders within the business & externally concerning sales & marketing functions. 

 

Job Requirements 

Our ideal Marketing Executive will have:

  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing roles.
  • Computer literacy across multiple sales & marketing related programs, such as Canva, Monday & HubSpot 
  • People management skills. 
  • Financial & commercial acumen  
  • Strong data analytical skills 
  • Presentational skills 
  • Takes ownership and has a sense of accountability 
  • Ideally a degree/qualification in the appropriate field
