Role: Marketing Executive

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 DOE (On-site)

Location: Derby, United Kingdom

My client, a leading company within the event services sector is looking to welcome a Marketing Executive into their team.

The Marketing Executive will be working across four business units and supporting Marketing Managers in the development of content for websites, design for online channels, creation of blogs and social media content, email marketing, and in the management of customer data through CRM. The role will also assist with the co-ordinate of presence at trade shows and exhibitions, and in the management of the collection of customer satisfaction feedback via digital surveys.

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining the content of websites and developing blog content
• Development of email campaigns including the design and sending of e-shots, and reporting on results.
• Liaising with customers to create compelling case studies and obtain testimonials.
• Liaising with business units to build library of images from shows, and commission professional photography as required.
• Social media management – creating plans and posts primarily for LinkedIn, Instagram and Twitter and analysis of results.
• Assistance with design tasks including social media graphics, PDFs, infographics, brochure updates and others as needed.
• Co-ordinating the presence of business units at trade shows and exhibitions; liaison with suppliers and management of logistics.
• Management of customer data through HubSpotCRM.
• Tracking enquiry attribution, and reporting on ROI of PPC activity
• Supporting the Marketing Team to improve the organic ranking of websites and delivery of SEO improvement plan.

• CMS (WordPress advantageous)
• Creating and scheduling Social Media Content
• Rebuilding websites (Advantageous)
• CRM (HubSport advantageous)
