Marketing Executive – Retail – Up to £36k + benefits
Our client is a well-established, innovative design and manufacturing business specialising in the retail sector. They are looking for a dynamic, driven Marketing Executive who will oversee all aspects of marketing from social, through to events. They have a fantastic collaborative and supportive company culture offering hybrid working (3-4 days p/w in their London office) and you will be working in a fast-paced, exciting environment with an impressive client base! Benefits include 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays and Birthday off, as well as pension and private health, hybrid working. This role is also offering the opportunity for fast track promotion to Manager.
This is a lovely, varied role where you will be responsible for social media management both developing and implementing strategies, planning and coordinating events such as product launches, industry conferences, email marketing, newsletters and more!
What do I need?
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing role
- Proficiency in social media platforms and tools.
- Strong event planning and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, and content marketing.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Strong analytical skills to assess and improve marketing efforts.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills and technologies.
- Creative thinker with a strong eye for detail.
