Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Marketing Executive located in our Studio in Queens Park, NW6, London. Due to the nature of this role, we do not offer remote or hybrid working. The Marketing Executive will be responsible for managing and executing marketing strategies (both paid and organic), campaigns, developing brand awareness, and collaborating with the team as well as building and managing relationships with influencers, marketing agencies, stylists and press. You will be working alongside and reporting to our Head of Brand and will have the Social Media Manager reporting to you. This is a fast-paced role and requires an individual that can work in a creative, dynamic environment and adapt to the tasks as required as part of our small team. Key tasks include:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our brand and collections across multiple channels, including managing a content and campaign calendar.
  • Lead the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across email, influencer partnerships, social media, digital platforms, and events.
  • Build and maintain relationships with press, stylists, influencers, brands, retailers, and celebrities to leverage collaborative opportunities including working with them on all required projects.
  • Organise and execute studio and campaign shoots, producing visually compelling content that aligns with the brand's values and aesthetic, in coordination with the Head of Brand.
  • Expand the brand’s global presence, focusing on growth across social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and email, in collaboration with the Social Media Manager.
  • Manage the brand's content, newsletter, and website to ensure consistency and drive growth.
  • Identify and execute potential brand collaborations and partnerships with local artists, overseeing communications, planning, negotiations, and execution.
  • Monitor and report on performance analytics across channels and campaigns.
  • Create engaging content for e-newsletters, web pages, and blogs.
  • Coordinate with the Paid Social Media Agency, providing necessary assets, communicating campaign details, and monitoring performance to report to management.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across social media, emails, and the website.
  • Assist in gathering and analysing data on consumer behaviour, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to marketing projects, including scheduling, coordination, and database maintenance.
  • Organise and support marketing events, trade shows, and promotional activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Fashion, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Marketing Executive in the luxury fashion industry
  • Strong initiative and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a sociable and relationship-building approach
  • Creative thinker with the ability to plan and execute innovative, strategic brand and social media campaigns
  • Experience in briefing and managing campaign shoots to produce commercially relevant assets
  • Passionate about the luxury menswear industry and aligned with the brand's target market
  • Strong copywriting skills with excellent verbal and written communication
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, AdWords, and other marketing tools
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with enthusiasm and dedication to succeed
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise, multi-task, and respond swiftly to business needs
