  • Execute and maintain email marketing campaigns in Hubspot, including audience targeting, template design, setup, automation and reporting
  • Design and implement marketing automation workflows to streamline marketing processes and enhance the effectiveness of campaigns
  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide sales enablement materials, such as case studies, bespoke proposals and business case decks that support the sales process
  • Support account-based marketing strategies by creating highly targeted marketing campaigns aimed at specific target accounts
  • Create, maintain and optimise content for various platforms, including email, social media, and the company website/blog
  • Work on targeted paid LinkedIn campaigns to enhance brand awareness and engagement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the business to ensure cohesive marketing efforts
  • Extract actionable insights from reporting to drive optimisation and improvements

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of B2B marketing experience, with a strong emphasis on email marketing and content creation
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, email marketing software, and marketing automation tools (Hubspot a plus)
  • Adaptability and creativity, with a willingness to learn and embrace new challenges
  • Strong written communication skills, with experience of copywriting
  • A good eye for design, comfortable with design tools such as Canva and InDesign
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a small team and independently as required
