Key Objectives of the Role:
To provide support to the whole marketing team across Europe in the implementation of the marketing plan and category initiatives. Ideally design expertise.

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skill and Experience (Required to perform the job)
Essential
1-2 years’ experience in a marketing department
Food industry interest
Design software usage (Canva, Adobe)
Demonstration of fit with Synergy Purpose and Mission
Highly desirable
Graduate – Ideally in food science, business or marketing discipline
Canva design tool and Adobe ideally
Customer facing experience
Some B2B/B2C marketing experience
Data and trends analysis, usage of Innova/Mintel platforms and reports
Agency interaction experience
Exhibitions and CRM
Full UK / EU Driving Licence
The role can be based in High Wycombe, UK or Trieste Italy
Hybrid working arrangements can be evaluated.
