5 days a week in the office based between Marylebone, The City & the Hotels

Scope

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Executive to be the powerhouse behind our marketing efforts across our Dominus owned hotels, whilst collaborating with industry leading brands. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies in the hospitality industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing reputation (of both individual hotels and Dominus as a hospitality operator of choice), driving brand awareness, generating leads, running events, managing communities and bridging the marketing activities from partner brands and Dominus central.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage hotel marketing activities (full marketing mix) to ensure occupancy is maximised and new leads are generated continuously.
  • Work with each hotel team to ensure they are supported with marketing collaterals, brochures, newsletters, presentations, leaflets, signages and other content needs.
  • Coordinate the procurement of promotional collaterals and printed materials.
  • Expertise in agency management, i.e. working closely with digital, creative, PR and others to ensure deliverables meet the objectives.
  • Write and manage tailored content for hotel social media channels, ensuring consistent and engaging presence, while answering any incoming messages via these channels.
  • Support the Dominus Hotel team with the administration of all marketing spend, tracking, reporting, supplier liaison, and PO administration.
  • Lead on B2C marketing initiatives by leveraging hotels’ data-base and customer insights.

Skills and experience

  • 1-3 years’ experience within a Marketing role in hospitality, with evidence of delivering successful campaigns, partnerships and strategies in F&B and hotels.
  • Writing, editing, copywriting and proof-reading skills.
  • Organised and methodical, able to multitask, plan and prioritise work accordingly and under pressure.
  • Knowledge of relevant technology (e.g. Microsoft, Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress).
  • Articulate and thorough, showing attention to detail.
  • Demonstrates excellent inter-personal skills and develops relationships based on mutual respect and professionalism.
  • Self-learning, able to learn new tools quickly and work in a fast-evolving environment.
  • Creative thinker with a proactive and innovative approach.
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Energetic, passionate, flexible, and driven with a desire to achieve outstanding results.
