Here is what you will be responsible for...
- Support Planning: Assist in developing category strategies and service positioning through research and analysis.
- Solution Development: Help take new solutions from concept to market trials and launch, engaging cross-functional teams and local markets.
- Proposition Toolkits: Develop and execute communication tools, campaigns, and training materials for product launches, managing claims across category assets.
- Communications and Business Partnering: Work closely with suppliers, local markets, and marketing functions to ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery.
- Market Research: Gain deep insights into competitors, market trends, and customer needs to inform strategy.
- Key Initiatives: Support the development and deployment of annual plan initiatives.
Requirements:
- A proactive, adaptable individual eager to learn and grow.
- Strong commercial acumen and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Highly organised with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Confident in using presentation software and creating impactful materials.
- Comfortable working collaboratively within a diverse, global team.
- Holds a 2:1 Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or management (or equivalent experience).
- Knowledge of a second language is a plus.
