Job Description

  • Brand awareness tracking and monitoring
  • Construct and deliver monthly Marketing reports to highlight team performance and demonstrate success
  • Deliver ad-hoc post campaign analysis as needed
  • Support Marketing Director with budget: tracking of Insights spends and processing of all POs and monthly accruals
  • Master Marketing, Commercial and Media insights to deliver timely responses to business cases/tenders/presentations
  • Define segmentation strategy from existing and potential customer profiles and behaviours
  • Interrogate data to deliver all required metrics for monthly business-wide communication and action
  • Owns and manages 3rd party platforms for Marketing insights

The Successful Applicant

A successful Marketing and Insights Manager should have:

  • 5 years' experience
  • Travel industry experience preferred
  • Demonstrable experience of creatively bringing data concepts and ideas to life using Presentations and data visualisation tools such as Looker Studio
  • End to end quantitative and qualitative research management.
  • Advanced MS Excel and analytical techniques
  • Prior experience of campaign reporting tools including Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Hootsuite, Dot Digital, QlikSense or similar
