C&C Search is currently recruiting a Marketing Lead/ Marketing and Events Executive to join a growing international insurance brand.

Salary: £35,000-£50,000 DOE
Hybrid: 2 days in Bank office, 3 from home

Working in a team of 11, you are the core marketing and events supports. Collaborating to create great pitches, events, and provide professional and engaging comms and market insights and more.
Duties:
- Drive strategy and maximise opportunities for the business development team, this could be putting together pitches, posting blogs, booking networking events and creating marketing insights
- Coordinator of all company marketing message to the wider team
- Arrange and organise events/sponsorship
- Manage external speaking/press communication and arrangements
- Organise seminars, client entertaining etc
- Produce collateral from initial brief to production - liaising w. 3rd parties (plus PR & copywriting)
- Liaise with international offices and head of office
- Update website/LinkedIn where necessary
- Collect and consolidate market intelligence
- Collate market insights and creation of reports
- Support with Marketing Administration
About you:
- You have experience of 80% of the duties
- Previous experience setting and supporting on marketing strategy KEY (must work in line with the team, drive everything!)
- B2B in Finance services / Insurance background essential
- You have experiences managing internal stakeholders (and are great at it!)
- Product, events and campaigns messaging
- Working as Senior marketing Exec
- You love supporting others and want to be collaborative
