Akrivia is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and implementing the company’s marketing plans, driving brand awareness, and generating Marketing Qualified Leads in the healthcare or technology industry. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing communication strategies to promote Akrivia’s products and services within the NHS and healthcare industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product features, benefits, and target audience to effectively position Akrivia’s offerings in the market.
- Drive brand awareness and visibility through targeted marketing campaigns, including events and digital marketing activities
- Create compelling marketing collateral, including sales materials, presentations, case studies, and whitepapers, to support sales efforts and engage prospects.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for differentiation.
- Manage the company’s online presence, including the website, social media channels, and online advertising campaigns, to optimize engagement and lead generation.
- Analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
- Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, industry influencers, partners, and customers, to enhance brand reputation and drive business growth.
- Stay abreast of industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices in healthcare marketing to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
Qualifications/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or an equivalent qualification such as the CIM Diploma in Marketing
- Proven experience (5+ years) in B2B marketing, within the healthcare or technology industry.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing marketing plans that drive lead generation and revenue growth.
- Good understanding of healthcare industry dynamics, including the NHS landscape, regulations, and challenges.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
- Experienced with WordPress and the Adobe Creative suite, particularly InDesign
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a keen eye for detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, email marketing automation, and social media management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
