MacGregor Black is currently partnering with a growing toy company, on the search for Marketing Manager. This is a permanent role based in North West of England.


As the Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our client’s marketing efforts. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies for both the UK and international markets, with a strong focus on managing and growing the company’s portfolio of licensed products. This position requires a blend of creative thinking, strategic planning, and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.


Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for both UK and international markets.
  • Manage and grow the company's portfolio of licensed products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment.
  • Conduct market research and analyse trends to identify new opportunities.
  • Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, social media, and traditional media.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with licensors, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Oversee the development of marketing materials and content.

  • Proven experience in a marketing management role, preferably within the toy industry.
  • Strong background in managing licensed products.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies in both UK and international markets.
