The successful candidate will be tasked with developing, implementing and managing a structured marketing strategy and plan for the company.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Role specific:

  • Managing all marketing activities across the Group
  • Develop and implement Group Marketing Strategy that aligns with Group strategy and supports the delivery of the company's objectives
  • Develop and execute a detailed, multi-channel marketing & communications plan and budget
  • Serve as the focal point for all internal and external marketing enquiries
  • Mentor/develop Marketing/Comms specialist
  • Support internal stakeholders communication requirements (internal & external)
  • Effective management and control of the corporate brand across all areas
  • Interface with the Graphics/Media team to develop compelling content and collaterals
  • Build relationships with stakeholders across the industry to identify opportunities to promote the corporate brand through thought leadership, speaking or publications.
  • Lead the development of new sales and marketing collaterals
  • Lead the management of any participation in trade-shows, conferences etc.
  • Lead the deployment and ongoing management of the company website
  • Management of relationships with external agencies (e.g. PR) and industry bodies
  • Analyse potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing
  • Primary focal point for overseeing crisis communications

Minimum Competencies (Skills, Knowledge and Behaviours)

  • Substantive proven experience in B2B marketing environment
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills - ability to build productive networks with both internal and external stakeholders and to influence decision making
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects effectively
  • Leadership capability to ensure the development of Line Reports
  • Inquisitive nature - desire to understand why things are done in a certain way
  • Technical skills including design and document formatting - MS Office suite
  • Impecable eye for detail across all branded materials
  • Creative and elegant copywriting capability
  • Articulate and confident presenter

Desirable Qualifications/Competencies

  • Adobe Creative Suite experience (in particular InDesign)
  • Additional languages, particularly French, Spanish and Arabic an asset
