Plus bonus Terms: Permanent About Urban Farm-It: Urban Farm-It is at the forefront of the innovative and growing 'grow your own food' movement, specialising in mushroom cultivation and hydroponics; our slogan is “ the Future of Food”, our mission is food security for all. We are looking for a full time Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. We produce Lions Mane and Shiitake mushrooms on our farm in Kent, provide the mushroom growing industry with wholesale supplies, have a retail arm where we sell B2C and B2B and we also provide consultancy services for businesses looking to improve their ESG through innovative solutions like Vertical Farming, Composting Eco systems and Hydroponics. This is a unique opportunity to join a rapidly growing business in an important marketing role to co-ordinate our activities, manage the 3rd party expertise and innovate with data led insight. Key Responsibilities: Manage our 3rd party contributors; Amazon, Shopify, Social Media, SEO and Website Development. Organise content, developing a 12 month Marketing Calendar with imagery, videography, digital messaging ensuring we take full advantage of key retail periods e.g. Black Friday. Report to line manager with data driven insight, results from ad spend, performance on Amazon and Shopify and upload report to our project management system, ClickUp. Organise the flow of content creation to execution internally and with our 3rd party agencies delivering a robust annual marketing plan. Essential Skills & Experience: Excellent organisational and project management skills Attention to detail and problem solving skills Experience of office management systems and procedures Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask Time management and self motivation Good written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage and influence 3rd party agencies to ensure they are delivering. Excellent reporting and analysis to ensure ROI on our marketing activities. Hands on, team player. (phew) Knowledge of Shopify, Slack, Click Up, Amazon and Digital Communications would be very helpful. Good overall understanding of Marketing Basics.
